Welcome to K A Tooling, injection mould toolmakers located in Coalville, Leicestershire. A highly experienced team with years of valuable industry experience, we specialise in the design and production of aluminium, pre-toughened and fully hardened steel tools, as well as the development of prototype tooling – all within short lead times.
Serving a broad range of clients across the UK, we have the skills and capacity needed to meet the most demanding requirements.
Recent investment in 2 injection moulding machines has expanded the service we can provide to our customers, allowing us the ability to sample/prove tooling prior to delivery to ensure that they are Production ready.
Quality as Standard
We offer machining capacity for large injection mould tools up to 3000kgs. Our ability to handle multiple-tool projects gives our customers a one-step solution, ensuring quality, accuracy and design consistency.
We have a varied and prestigious customer base – point of sale manufacturers, automotive, medical, technology and robotics are just some of the business sectors we work with. All projects are treated with the utmost confidentiality, whether it’s a one-off tool requirement or a multiple tool project.
Our links with component and tool designers enable us to become involved in projects at an early stage. This saves our customers expensive re-design and modification costs. If there is a requirement for sampling or production runs of moulded parts, we can accommodate either within our own in-house injection moulding facility or via injection moulders we’ve built alliances with over the years.
