K A Tooling has recently invested in 2 brand new Injection Moulding machines (120T & 200T) for trialling, sampling and small/medium sized production runs - as well as an in-house Injection Moulding Consultant with over 20 years’ experience of troubleshooting injection moulding tooling and processing issues, who ensures that optimum production settings are achieved.

Supported by our established toolroom and experienced toolmaking team, we can maintain, modify and repair your existing tooling on-site to minimise lost manufacturing time. We can also design and produce any new tooling which you may require.
