K A Tooling has been trading since 2004 and we are experienced in Aluminium, pre-toughened and fully hardened Steel tooling. We are finding that we are becoming more and more competitive with our in-house UK made tooling prices, plus we offer excellent service and support for all your Injection Moulding tooling needs - new tools, repairs, modifications, etc.

We have 9 CNC machines which are programmed and operated by our experienced toolmaking team of 5 CAD/CAM Technicians. We also have on-site spark eroding facilities.

Our team also includes an on-site Tool Design Engineer, a full time Polisher, a Tool Finisher and an Injection Moulding Consultant who checks each tool thoroughly from the perspective of an Injection Moulder before it is despatched.
